Passionate About Helping Others

Everyone comes to Yoga for their own personal reasons. Quite often for exercise, as I did, some 15 years ago to improve my posture after many years hunched over a laptop at work, to stretch my back after gardening and improve my fitness for tennis.

More recently I turned to yoga for pain relief from Psoriatic Arthritis, which leaves my body stiff, my joints weak and my mind in turmoil. Through my practice I find a completely unique experience, improved mobility, increased strength and fitness, pain relief and a joyful state of mind.

My passion is sharing the benefits with others in a highly personalised manner: through one-to-one sessions where we can explore your needs, your personal situation, and create a yoga journey just for you.

Whether you are young or old, new to yoga or have been practicing for years, if you are in pain, stiff, arthritic or just want better mobility for sport or life in general, come and join me on the mat, in a spirit of adventure and fun, with respect for the courage to come just as you are, and we'll take it from there.
